Dr. Murriel A Schulte, PhD

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Murriel Schulte. She has shown kindness and compassion to me and is incredibly insightful. She has been completely honest with me in looking at my problems and how to think in different ways. She has taught me mindfulness, meditation, and journaling to better understand my thoughts and feelings. Also, to look at what I say to myself; to reset my messages to myself. I feel a greater sense of peace in my life after working with Dr. Schulte.

Dr. Murriel Schulte has helped me to be more considerate with my husband and our family. I have learned to take time to ask before I assume meaning in anyone's behavior or words. I have also learned that I have strengths and resources to use with my own fears and struggles. Talking with my husband in the sessions has helped both of us realize more respect and positive expectations for each other. My husband realized his internet addiction was an escape from the family. I have realized my criticism doesn't help anyone. Couples counseling has saved our marriage. I will forever be grateful to Dr. Schulte for the many ways she helped us.
