Just awful - the doctor and the staff.

This doctor is the worst OBGYN i ever had they dont prioritize emergencies. I'm 9 weeks pregnant my baby die on sat. The ER said i need follow up in two days and this Bielma is saying her schedule is full and that i have to keep calling to see if somebody cancel. Its horrible she doesnt care for patients.

I am 10 weeks pregnant and had my first appt set up. I had been waiting 2 months for this appt and was BEYOND excited, my fiancé even took time off work to be there. NOBODY had informed me prior to my appt that I had the wrong authorization, so I could not be seen. One of their employees even called me the week prior to my appt to confirm and everything was in order for my following appt. It is VERY clear to me that nobody knows how to do their jobs anymore. I told them they needed to get me in asap and all this needs to be straightened out. They said they should receive the correct authorization in 3-5 days then I could be seen, but completely FAILED to tell me I needed to make an appt with my primary physician to get confirmation I was pregnant. If I had not called my primary physician to make sure their staff didn't have any confusion on what was going on I would have had NO IDEA I needed to also make an appt with them. I have not met my Dr. yet, but I'm praying she is nothing like… her staff. I have to wait another week and half for my appt and I will be calling everyday to make sure there is no confusion and to make sure EVERYONE is on the right page. I work full time and don't have time for their mistakes. I'll know by the end of next week if I need to switch my Dr.

The office staff are the absolute worst ever! There unfriendly & can be downright rude. I understand that the may run late or may need to reschedule due to having a delivery, because lets face it I would want my doctor there with me when I go into labor & want the person I have been seeing for 9 months and knows me delivering my child... BUT if the doc is gonna be late the office staff should warn you the doc is running late instead of letting you sit in the office waiting area for over an hour past your appointment time getting irritated & then force the patient to ask what the deal is. The doc also wanted me to see a specialists & it took the office over 2 weeks to get the referral form to the specialists office. Then the icing on the cake for me was when Bielman ordered progesterone shots. I went & picked up the medicine & was told by the pharmacist the shots should go in my butt, but no needles were ordered so she is not sure how I am suppose to take them, I call the office & a man… told me I should have had a home health nurse set up but he was gonna check on it & call me back that same day (Fri) Well I got no call Fri, Mon, Tues, or Wed, so since I was in the area I went into the office & was told to go home & get my medicine & come back & the doc would give it to me (they said to back back before 12 as the office would close for lunch), She needed to see it to know what size needles to order. I got back right away, 11:30 & by 12 I was still waiting. Finally the nurse comes out & scolds me for not coming in on Monday, She said the doc said to have me come in on Mon & I didn't show, Well I didn't show up because NO ONE EVER CALLED ME TO TELL ME TO COME IN! The nurse continues being rude barking at me to go in a room outside of the nurse's station & she snaps at someone in the office "I know I am suppose to be at lunch! But this person didn't come in when she was suppose to on Mon & now I have to give her a shot!" Later I left a mess asking the doc to call me due feeling mistreated. The person that took the message agreed that the nurse was out of line & she would have the doc call me. 2 weeks later I never got a call but saw Bielman, & she said she got the message but didn't call me because she didn't know what to say that would satisfy me. That's when I knew it was time for me to find a new doc. I always felt Dr Bielman was a nice person & felt she spent time with me, but after my experiences with the office & then she didn't call me on purpose when she knew I had an issue with her nurse was the last straw.

I was so blessed to have Mylinda Beilman as a dr she is awesome. Knows what she's doing .. Our boy got here safe and sound even with the rough pregnancy and labor I had. Ended up with a c-section and that went smooth (as it could being a surgery) I healed excellent,very happy with my incision. I am currently pregnancy again and pray that my transfer will be accepted. I would be so happy to have her deliver my little girl :) long story short u won't be disappointed with beilman as a dr. She's the best !

The staff was super nice! Dr. Bielman has so much patience with any questions one might have. highly reccommend.

Bielman has a great staff, and she is very paitent and willing to hear your opinions out.
