Dr. Myo Maw, MD

Dr. Myo Maw specializes in cardiovascular disease and internal medicine, bringing over five decades of medical expertise to his practice. He earned his medical degree from University of Medicine and completed his residency at Sisters Charity Healthcare System. With 57 years of experience treating heart and vascular conditions, Dr. Maw has developed extensive knowledge in managing complex cardiovascular cases. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Dr. Maw practices at multiple Mount Sinai locations including The Mount Sinai Hospital, Mount Sinai Morningside, and Mount Sinai Queens in New York, as well as Mount Sinai Kravis Children's Hospital. He also provides care at Park Tree Community Health Center in the Bronx. His clinical focus includes treating high blood pressure and hypertensive emergencies. Dr. Maw performs blood sugar monitoring tests and specialized glucose assessments to help patients manage their health effectively.
