I’ve been with Dr.R for years and she is always attentive and caring. She really works to make sure we resolve any health issues I may be having. She is never dismissive and listens to my concerns with compassion.

Terrible experience! I tested positive for Covid and couldn’t even get a tele-doc visit since I was told Dr Rodriguez was 3 weeks out. I had to seek out another provider. I have asthma which has been exacerbated by the Covid. In addition I needed refill on heartburn med and followed the 48 hour protocol. It has been beyond that and I find that the MA staff is condescending, rude and flippant! I am so ill an short of breath it makes it impossible for me to drive and get med OTC. The MA argued with me that I can have family member pick up. This office does not care about me as a patient and only offers up excuses. I will be encouraging my family members to leave this practice. If you cannot consult with your PCP when you need them the most then time to get another provider. I will be writing complaints to BOMEX, my Insurance carrier and the Az Health Dept about the neglect of my care during this crucial pandemic!
