Dr. Myrna Torralba Guerra-Deluna, MD

She is the most rude and unprofessional person I have very come across. She told me over the phone that I was going to get cervical cancer and die. She told me I had to have a colposcopy and when I asked her to explain it to me she was annoyed and threw a pamphlet at me. She told me she didn’t have time for questions because she was running late for a conference. She stared the procedure without telling me and it was extremely painful and I was crying and begging her to stop. Instead of listening to me she locked the speculum to the exam table and I was completely immobile. She finally finished and then made a comment about me being sexually promiscuous because I shaved. So I hope get gets sued and rots in jail.

Horrible Doctor. The wait is 45-1 hour. She is completely rude and not understand when I was crying getting s procedure. She diagnosed my friend wrong and scares people to get them to get more tests done so she can make more money. I do not recommend her at all. I know four people that have left her office due to wrong diagnosis and doing unnecessary tests which are extremely painful for the wrong test

Dr. DeLuna is the most unprofessional doctor I have been to. The first time I went to her, the wait was over an hour long, but she was pleasant and welcoming and apologized for the wait so I did not mind. However, every visit to follow was horrible! She always had a HUGE attitude, was rude, and there was never less than a 45 min wait (even when I was the first scheduled appointment of the day); my favorite time was when she yelled at me for being late when I was actually 15 mins early, not to mention I was even at the office before she showed up for the day. Procedures I saw her for were never followed up with, I would have to call the office multiple times before finally being told the results. The final breaking point of being her patient was when I waited an hour and thirty minutes to see her just for her to try and have a five minute appointment with me. As she made her way to the door to leave, I asked her if she had a minute to discuss the birth control I was on and the side… effects I was having; this annoyed her, and her attitude and facial expressions were less than warm. After I told her the issues, she very rudely looked at me and in a nasty tone told me "there is nothing I can do, it doesn't matter what birth control you are on" and walked out. Even if this were true, which it was not, there is an appropriate way to inform your patients of information; she could use a few good lessons in appropriate bedside manners.

How can this woman still be in practice? She has been cruel, prejudiced, rude, arrogant, and has no compassion, except, it seems, for women of her own race. Read Ratemeds and the C-Section death. I experienced an excruciating infection from an abscessed episiotomy, and she tore the baby's scalp from his skull. Did not care at all.

This is the worst doctor I ever have been to. The last time I went there I left in tears and had to find a new gyno. She is so unprofessional, rude, cold, and unfriendly. She is never on time. The rooms are freezing. She does not want to answer your questions .. It seemed she was annoyed when I was talking. During the pap smear she was so rough- it hurt and I was crying and she was so mean. She forced me to get blood taken in her office.. Even after I explained to it is really hard to get my veins so I usually go to only one lab. She did NOT get it after trying 3 times .. And still billed me. I was very unhappy with this doctor. She called me basicaly trying to force me to get a procedure, when I said I would call back she was arguing with me. She is very unprofessional and rude. If you are looking for a gyno that you will feel comfortable talking to ..this is deffinatly not the doctor. The only reason she gets more than one star is because her staff at the front desk is nice. But… they will charge you alot of money to get your medical records.

I just started going to Dr. Deluna. I found her very nice and she answered all my questions. I was relaxed and felt totally comfortable with her unlike when I went to my previous dr. Am glad she was referred to me.

she's extremely unprofessional, rude and does NOT take her time with anything at all! She's not a good listener, Wants to get straight to the point and have you on your way (rushing someone is NOT ok, being there is NOT Free!!! you also scatter the patients thoughts and they probably forget a couple things they had in mind to ask). Seems like she's got something against younger people, she treats them like they know nothing AT ALL which is unacceptable! Definitely will be keeping away from this office, Never again! I do not recommend this place at all, she's cruel; there's a difference between "Real/honest" and "Cruel", this lady is cruel and cold which aren't good qualities for such profession where compassion is a must! im not saying give me a shoulder to lean on, but DO take your time to listen, understand and comfort the patient! another thing, you cannot expect a patient to be RELAXED when You're already making them uncomfortable to begin with! You CANNOT shove things into… peoples "parts" without warning or an explanation as to what your using, how it'll feel, what it's for, and to PLEASE LET YOU KNOW if at any point it's "Uncomfortable" so you could simmer down! I don't care how many years of experience this woman has, every woman has a different vagina and not everyone has the same tolerance! if thats not unprofessional then I don't know what is!

The doctor is moody. She could be nice or she could be rough, hard and does not listen to her patients. She would accuse her patient and will not let allow any explantion or listen to the patient's side. I am over 60 yrs old and was talked to on the phone like a kindergarten pupil. Very RUDE and harsh. I am not going back!. This happened twice over the phone.

Dr. Deluna is unprofessional, rude and showed me no compassion when i went in for a routine appointment. I felt completely overlooked by her and her staff. Avoid her!

Dr. Deluna was my doctor through 2 pregnancies & childbirth and currently during premenopause. She is professional, kind, and knowledgeable. Last week, I sought her advice on other medical conditions. I am comfortable sharing with her test results done by a general practitioner. She answered my questions patiently and helped me understand the test results better.
