Dr. Nada Radomir Krnjaic, MD

Never ever have i had a worst experience than at this Dr’s office. I dont know how they are still in business. Honestly, i would rate my experience a -5 - the 1 star is too much praise. Well, at 3pm in the afternoon on a Friday i called the office because of something urgent i needed and the phone rang and rang and rang. I called 15 times and not one person picked up. I then contacted Dr. Krnjaic herself and she said she was going to send over some medicine to my pharmacy right away for my condition. I had to wait till Monday to get it because thats when she sent it out. Then i needed her to complete some paperwork so that i can get a leave of absence from work since my stroke happened, she refused to give me more than 4 days. She acted like it was coming out of her pocket. I told her i needed some more time i still dont feel good and my work is requesting from me to go on leave and they need you to complete the medical portion of the leave forms. I could lose my job if i… dont submit this. She said “No”. She doesnt care! She cares about getting paid - thats all! I bet if it was her mother in this situation, she wouldnt hesitate for a second. Not to mention each time that she wanted me to do any type of screening or blood work, the paperwork was “mailed out” to me, i never received them. I wouldnt recommend this Dr to my worst enemy. The office staff - horrible at their job.

She keeps the secrets of her patients.

We would regularly wait around 2 hours to see her. Dr. Krnjaic would be in the next room and when there was a patient who spoke her native language she would chat with them for at least an hour, but then would spend 6 minutes with us. I did appreciate that she found some health issues but didn't immediately prescribe medicine, instead encouraging my husband to try diet and supplements to turn things around. Even that though, couldn't keep us coming to her. They routinely overbook the schedule, and once when we were going to be 10 minutes late for an appointment due to traffic, they refused to let us through even though we called ahead. We were waiting to have some very important documents read, and the Dr. refused to do it over the phone (likely because she couldn't then bill our insurance). She was going to be out of town the next 3 weeks, and didn't care that we were desperately waiting to hear the results of the blood-work and would spend the next 3 weeks on tenterhooks waiting.… The Accounts & Billing person, I think her name is Sally, is particularly nasty, unkind and unhelpful. She even hung up on me in anger. We have been waiting for them to send our medical records over after we finally switched to a more attentive doctor, and they have still not sent them. It has been over two months since our request. The nurses were all lovely, though.

Not very good practice. Had to call 5 times to get an answer in regards to prescription refill and to find out at the end I have to call the pharmacy to request a refill to be faxed over to doctor and then she would send it back instead of her faxing in the refill request to pharmacy.

I've been a patient to Dr. Krnjaic for 20+ years and she is an excellent doctor, she has diagnosed several serious conditions that needed attention, and referred me to specialists in those fields. A heart valve issue, hip replacements, and an allergy issue to a drug that had been prescribed for me by another doctor.

Really enjoyed my newly assigned PCP. Dr. Krnjaic really listens to issues and concerns.

I have a complex medical history. When I moved from Seattle to Phoenix I had to start over with all my doctors. I am pleased to say, Dr Krnjaic took the time to get my history, she understood it readily, and knew exactly which specialists to refer me to. She appears to be one of those MDs who learn constantly and keep up with alll the latest - which in a broad practice such as hers must be a challenge.

The best doctor.

On different occasions my visits to the Doctor's office are dreadful going in and even more dreadful coming out. Not so with Dr. Krnjaic. My experience was awesome from the front office to my actual face to face visit with the Doctor. She has a fantastic bedside manner!! My 3 month old grandson was fasinated with her and the staff and so was I. Looking forward to my next visit!

my experince was bad, doctor knows a lot but she doesnt have time to spent with you 5 min approx. that it.then stuff and doctor doesnt communicate well so they don't even know if that it what is needed to be done. they just want you OUT>... the worst place ever, small dirty , you feel like you have to talk fast so you cal tell everything in 5 min.i put my exem on hold cause i wasnt sure if i want it to be done right then, called latter cause i changed my mind and i wanted to check then, they said you have to cb basicly and pay copey again and then be sent to exam, stupid .. why should i cb again when i already told what wrong with me.but no it all about money. they don't care to sent you to test so quicly. bad bad place.we deserve better then this. there so many patiante doctors over there that can take care of us. we don't need you.. thx
