I would never recommend this provider to anyone. I feel compelled to warn other patients because of the lack of care I received. I never saw him, always just his nurse practitioner. He only performed my colonoscopies. Follow up was non existant. Just kept prescribing Entyvio, no 6 month checks, no lab work. All of which I now understand to be proper protocol. UC is a serious disease. Make sure your provider is truly providing you the care that is required to manage your disease.

I have had other gastro drs in my life since 1990.. Dr. S is the best diagnostic dr I have ever had. He is thorough and aggressive to find the problem and solutions. He is also kind and caring and I trust him with my life. He is what all docs should to strive to be. He is my idol. Love you doctor. barbara Lisiak.

I believe Dr Siddiqui is the BEST doctor in the fox river valley. He is so very kind and has a lot of patience with everyone. I wish more doctors were like him. He diagnosed me perfectly and explained everything to me in perfect detail. A beautiful soul. Thank you!

Despite a brochure claiming personal patient care I have never met the Dr. either time I visited. Now I haven't even been able to schedule an appointment. I was told from one doctor's office that I had an upcoming appointment set up but when I called Siddiqui's office I was told I'm not on the schedule. I have been trying to schedule and it has NOT been even close to easy. I keep getting sent back and forth. I wish someone would offer to step up and help with this! But I guess that would be over and above.
