Horrible experience. She’s very rude. Horrible bedside manner. Very pushy. Literally won’t do referrals bc she thinks she can do it when it’s clearly out of her hands. I don’t not recommend her to anyone. I’d rather pay out of pocket for a good caring Dr than ever see her again.

Dr.Jiavai is very caring but. I have two seious isures. She will not let me have fixed. Im in severe pain and what they givr me is like taking a sweet tart. It barely helps. We had a disagreement and I overreacted but after years of pain I finally broke. As far as caring for her patients she does100

I have been a patient of Dr. Jivani for many years. She does not come across as warm and caring but her knowledge is complete and her treatments mostly successful. She has very set opinions which sometimes make it difficult to explore alternative treatments, but that does not affect her value as a physician . Her staff is excellent, very friendly and welcoming. In response to some negative comments about Nicole, I would like to point out that she comes across as distant and uncaring but when her expertise is needed, she is responsive and capable. After having had a taste of another physician's group, I can only say that I will remain a patient of Dr. Jivani as long as she is willing to treat me.

Uncaring incompetent a total disgrace to the medical profession. Staff does what they can accept for employee Nicole who needs to leave profession with any interface with human beings in particular patients. (Claims to be case manager. Appears to be incapable of employment! Unprofessional, brash, abrasive, rude lacks credentials, unwilling/ incapable of approriate interaction with patients, observation of Insultive, offencive behavior and criminal towards patients!
