Did not know the Doctor left so now I have a new doctor smh

Went to see this doctor for the first time. Expressed my urgency & the importance of my visit. Left under more stress than when I entered and lets just leave it at that. She has no regards to what you are going thru. Did not hear what I was saying. She just made the situation worst. I will be finding a new doctor.

As a patient who was recently released from the mental health hospital, Dr. Nord took it upon herself to help me schedule an appointment with a psychiatrist,(something I struggled to find after leaving the hospital) which made my life much easier. The hospital sent me to the wrong psychiatrist and I basically had to run around to find a doctor with no luck. I didn’t ask Dr. Nord for her help and she insisted. I was grateful that she was able to help me with that.

Dr. Nord is both thorough and direct. I became her patient last fall. She "meets you where you are," meaning, she doesn't prejudge your ability to communicate. She provides great guidance, as well as careful education as she discharges her duties as a physician. She has never rushed through an appointment with me, which is money in the bank for me because if I am ever in her waiting room for any length of time, I take comfort in knowing that she is giving her current patient every bit of time and attention that is needed.

This doctor was informed of my urgent needs and we non responsive. After creating an appt, meeting with her was worse as she had no clue n no concern for what was brought to her attention. As a result I had to pay out of pocket to get the medical attention I needed. I'm dropping her.

This has been the second time since I’ve seen Dr. Nadia Nord Since 2015 for a routine check up this was the worst out of the two visits compared to the first visit I would say I don’t have any real complaints but she didn’t wow me either. She has bad bed side manners and it showed on my most recent appointment with her. She cut me off o when asking her a question and was very rude with her reply. She annoyed me with this during this visit I was disgusted with her overall attitude and how she treated me during my visit with her

Unprofessional

You can make an appointment but the amount of time you wait to be seen is outrageous. Up to two hours. The ad min staff has a good time discussing personal issues and have been seen standing in the reception area eating and drinking coffee. Dr. Nord has no bedside manner. I don't know if I ever saw her smile. When asked a question about a rash on my face she said "nobody would probably even notice" wrote the name of the condition and told me to look it up on the web. I haven't been in a while but the office was really shabby. I'm changing Drs. and locations.
