Dr. Nadine Helen Alex, MD

Not to be overly dramatic, but Dr Alex saved my life! She stopped my becoming Diabetic, having serious heart issues, and seriously decreased my stroke potential. My first visit with her my CRP was 6.1-I was a walking heart attack or stroke. (anything over 2 is really bad). Within 6 months she had it down to a 2.4. She went into private practice to be able to spend the time she ants to with her patients. She has been my Doctor for over 10 years now and also treats my husband. If she needed a kidney, she could have one of mine! She also does your blood work 2 weeks before your appointment so when you are there she can discuss it with you. It makes your appointment much more productive. She usually spends 45 minutes to an hour per appointment with each patient. How often does that happen? She has a portal that she is always available to you thru. Her staff is fabulous too! Adriana will always get your messages to her or to the nurse. I am not sure if she is accepting new patients.

Dr. Alex is the most thorough and comprehensive physician I have ever known. She covers all areas and has diagnosed several issues that other specialist have missed. Her staff are also very diligent and courteous. I would recommend Dr. Alex to any patient suffering with Endocrine disorders although she does have a long waiting list for patient appointments. Obviously many other patients and referring physicians are aware of Dr. Alex's superb clinical and diagnostic competency.

Dr. Alex is a "Fire Ball" she covers everything! She TALKS to me and LISTENS to what I have to say. When I see Dr. Alex I feel like all the bases have been covered and I can rest assured that there has been not rock unturned. I feel her care is the greatest out there. To bad there isn't more of her I refer people to her all the time.
