Dr. Nadine Ziad Idriss, MD

There is little to no followup and not very appreciative of responsiveness of overall practice.

She was very condescending and arrogant. I would tolerate that from her father, who has the experience to back up the attitude, but she seems like she just got out of medical school. Notwithstanding her sophomoric attitude, she did a decent job diagnosing our child.

Hands down the best pediatrician in Bethesda. Dr. Nadine is caring, thoughtful and very knowledgeable. There is no one else I would trust with the safety of my children.

1. Front office staff is fantastic.2. Easy appointments (same day)3. It's a kid factory in there. In and out asap. 4. Idriss and his Daughter are BEYOND RUDE AND CONDESCENDING.5. Horrible doctors! Misdiagnosed my kid. $500 in meds later and several visits to another Ped, we've got my kid sorted out.6. Idriss Sr. fought with me about vaccine schedule and accused me of not being educated on the matter. Guess what, Doc, Montgomery county gives a schedule for school and I do NO more and NO less. You don't like it? Too bad. You need to educate yourself in how to be less contemptuous of your patient's parents.

She does not have enough experience. If your child has a serious problem, she cannot diagnose it correctly. My two kids ended up in ER after sereveral hours seen by Dr. Nadine Idriss and her father. The practice is based on seeing as many NUMBER of patients instead of spending time and making a diagnosis correctly. I do not recommend this practice to any parents

I joined this practice in 2008 and now have two daughters that see Dr. Nadine and Dr. Ziad. My oldest is 2 years and the younger is 6 months. I have seen both doctors. My experiences with Dr. Ziad were great. He answers all of my questions completely and makes sure I understand what he is saying. My older daughter was a little scared of him when she was around 18 months old, but this is only because of his deep voice. He is gentle and kind to her. Most often we see Dr. Nadine, or Dr. Dine as my daughter calls her. I can not say enough about her. She is so kind, calm and attentive to the girls and me. I always feel like an amazing mom when I leave the office. She explains everything to me, remembers details from previous visits, asks questions to get to know my family. I read one review saying Dr. Nadine was not happy or smiling anymore. I could not DISAGREE more. Maybe that mom caught her on a bad day. I'm sure the woman who posted never has one of those. The office is… bright, cheery and clean. Optimal parking that is free. I recommend this practice to anyone looking for a new doctor.

Nadine and Ziad have been absolutely wonderful with my children. Regardless of when we call they always promptly return our call with a thorough answer to any question we may have. When our daughter was born premature last year and needed additional medical attention both Ziad and Nadine met with us on a daily basis to assess the situation. When it was determined that she needed to be hospitalized they ensured that we received top notch care at Georgetown Hosp. I have been to a number of pediatricians and this office is by far the best. The attention that we receive is so much more personal than the larger pediatric offices in the area.

My children saw this doctor for a while. We liked her in the beginning since she was friendly to the kids. But as time went by, she seemed to become her father, who was, according to my children, a "scary" doctor. Everything in this father-daughter office is about making money and get the patients out as quickly as possible. We eventually stopped using them and found other pediatricians for our children.

Dr. Idriss is very professional, her office is extremely well organized, clean, attractive and child-friendly: story-books in each of the rooms, color-coded examination rooms. Above all, we never had to wait long at all for appointments--one of the reasons we left the Pediatric Village in Sun Valley (they often made my wife wait up to two hours!). When our daughter was born, Dr. Idriss visibly shared our joy at her arrival. We look forward to a long relationship with Dr. Idriss as our pediatrician for our newborn and 2 year old son.
