Dr. Nafees Fatima Saifee, MD

This doctor has compassion and empathy. She is never in rush to run from Exam room. LIstens to your problems patiently. Her exam rooms are filled with educational displays. Her office staff will verify your insurance while you wait and will work with you on payment. She takes time to provide you with sample. I like her smile!!

In looking at some of the previous reviews I noticed people say they have to wait that's because doctor Saifee is taking time with each one of her patients and treating each patient as if it was her one and only patient whether you have insurance or not she can see you she answers her phone 24 /7, not an answering service or machine , she will come in on a weekend on her day off if you are sick and need her help if you cannot afford the medications that she prescribed for you and she has samples available she will try and get you as many samples as possible to make it till you can pick up your prescriptions she will help you as a walk in as a walk in you do have to wait since you don't have an appointment but there's very few doctors left nowadays that actually truly care I have known people who complain about going to the doctors office paying $125 for a visit seeing a doctor for approximately 3 to 5 minutes and not even realize what has happened in the QuickTime that there in an out… of there and they're still having the same problems she takes the time to call and follow up after she has seen you and she is always there for her patients. Her office may not be up to date with all the high fancy things that new doctors office has but that helps keep your office visit cost low and reasonable she's not there to make millions they don't drive big fancy cars they're simple people and when she took her medical oath and became a doctor she actually took it serious and cares about each and every one of her patients she goes to the hospital and see the patients there regularly every day she calls and checks on them if one of her patients has an emergency she will drop what she's doing and go to the phone or go to them at the hospital no matter what time it is if its a true emergency she's always there for them and their family members I would not hesitate to refer Dr Saifee to anyone everiever if you want a true dr that actually still cares and does everything that an old school doctor does with the exception of coming to your home and making that old school house call then she is your doctor

I started going to Dr. Saifee about 3 years ago.. Each year prior to going to Dr. Saifee I would become ill with an irritating cough that would last for several weeks although I would visit other physicians no one ever diagnosed me with Asthma until I met Dr. Saifee.. Thanks to Dr.Saifee my condition was properly diagnosed and is now under control..Her husband is the office manger and he is very effecient and knowledgeable.. I have never had any issues with any of my paperwork or insurance.. I love the committment that they both have toward their patients.. Best physicianI have had in the 10 years since I moved to Texas.. My only con is that they are not located in Mansfield.. But I have no problem going to any location that Dr. Saifee provides her services.. She is just that great!!!r
