Dr. Nagesh Anjinappa, MD

Terrible!!! I have never been very impressed with Dr. Nagesh Or Dr. Anjinappa as they are both rude and don't listen to you, they brush off your concerns and make you feel like an idiot for asking. I have been seeing Dr Swan and he is great just busy. Wed when I was in there, I could here someone yelling while I was in the exam room, and then when I came out I realized it was Dr Anjinappa. He was sitting in the middle of the office yelling at the receptionist, in front of everyone, myself included. I couldn't understand what he was yelling about all I could understand was something about she was not to talk to HIS nurses. Last I knew it was a free county. This went on while I was waiting on them to schedule my next appointment, which I am not planning on keeping. So unprofessional!!! She kept trying to explain something, but he wouldn't listen he just kept interrupting and treating her like she was so beneath him, If that would have been me I would have just turned and walked out, he… is so incredibly rude. The poor receptionist was in tears, while the entire staff and several patients witnessed this. I counted at least 7 nurses and Dr Swan just standing there witnessing this and not one person, stepping in to her defense or saying you need to keep it down or take it to a private area. I wanted to say something and really wish I would have, but I honestly I wan't sure what he would do. Receptionist don't get enough credit as it is and then to be treated like this was no uncalled for. I have enclosed same comments to several staff at MGH.
