Dr. Naglaa T Rizk, MD

I don't recommend this doctor at all. I'm only calling her "special" because the receptionist said she's special. She doesn't give results over the phone, no matter what your situation is. My wife had blood work done with this doctor, and the doctor got the results and asked my wife to come back because she needed to talk to her in person. So my wife made an appointment and confirmed it. But when she got to the care center, they said that the doctor had an emergency and canceled all appointments. They claimed they texted and emailed everyone with an appointment that day to let them know their appointments were canceled. Even though my wife told them she was traveling in 3 days for 2 months, they did not care or schedule a video call with her or any other appointment. They asked her to schedule another appointment after the 2 months. When I called to get my wife any results or medicine, if she needed medicine, they refused to give her anything or even talk to us on the phone to give us… results, because she's a "special" doctor. Based on that, my wife cannot get better until the doctor decides to, because from what I see, she doesn't care about patients. All she cares about is getting money from the insurance. Because she must have an appointment to do it, she couldn't even give us a five-minute appointment between patients she was busy with, or even a video call until a month later, to give us a call to even say that the results are good or not, and if she needs medicine or not. Or even sending it to her pharmacy if she needs it so she can start using it until we can see her in an appointment next time. So, don't go to this doctor; she's the worst doctor I've ever seen. I will call her "the special one" from now on. To prove the confirmation, I attached the picture because they said that my wife never confirmed, and that's why she didn't get the message that the doctor canceled the appointments for a family emergency. The receptionist, in the end, even told me that she was going to give the doctor my notes and would call me back, and they never did, and it's been like a week already.

She is professional,updated and well mannered.I like her way in dealing with her patient. I recommended her for my friends and family.

When i went to Dr. Rizk i realized she was the one who delivered my first born over 19 years ago. but i havent seen an ob/gyn for about 5. when i saw her again i felt like i was talking to an old friend
