Dr. Nahla Omar Merhi, MD

Steer clear of this physician. I am not one to post like this. In my early 20s, Dr Merhi performed a laparoscopy on me and told me nothing was wrong. Fast forward a few years- using the same photos she took during surgery, I was diagnosed with severe pelvic congestion syndrome, May Thurner and Nutcracker Syndromes. None of which are common in women who have not been pregnant. All of these issues are extremely painful and dangerous if left untreated. Her negligence cost me years of my life and I'm very lucky I didn't throw a huge blood clot while it was left untreated.

Dr. Merhi was the worst doctor I have ever interacted with. She performed my surgery and did not have my medical history. Her ego was more important than my care and collaboration with my primary care physician. She verbally assaulted me and my daughter and had be discharged from the hospital. Dr. Merhi is unprofessional and should not be practicing medicine when she unfairly asserts her power with sick patients.

Awesome visit! Appointment was right on time. All my questions were answered. Tests that were ordered were already sent to schedule scheduling before I left the exam room and prescription was called in! Staff was great! Can’t say enough good!!!

I would not refer Dr Merhi to anyone. She does not care about her patients. She has her nurse practitioner treat you instead. And she is no better. They make you feel like you are wasting their time. I will never go back

I have been a patient of dr merhi for a few years now and I love her but her practice has really gone down hill. Her staff if rude they don’t listen and rush you off the phone. It is also disappointing that she no longer really sees patients. I would prefer to see my dr over the nurse practitioner. As much as I love Dr Merhi it may be time to switch...

She would not even give me the time of day. She kept looking at her watch and did not want to listen. I will never go back or refer her to anyone.
