The staff and the doctors at this location believe it is proper procedure because the doctor there prescribes narcotics to every patient whether they take them or not as drug addicts. They are very disrespectful and treat patients terrible and when asked about their assumptions, they stated it was protocol to treat everyone that comes in there as a drug addict. If you are looking for narcotics this would be the place to go, because writing prescriptions is the only thing this particular doctor learned in medical school. The staff at this location are disrespectful, lie and are out right rude.

I've been a patient here for 4 years. I suffer with chronic pain due to bilateral cartilage in my knees (thin layer of cartilage). The overall practice was okay until a PA decided to change my medication without notice and the next PA refuse to change it back. This corrupted my daily quality of life and has been since. I am an ordained minister and a Law student. I have pursued all of this with the help of this practice until this certain PA changed my medication. I left this practice and learned I couldn't receive no medication. I tried getting back in the clinic, being that I left on my own. I haven't heard from the clinic since I reached out. THEY SIMPLY DON'T CARE. I'm trying to pursue a career with my bad knees!! Can I find a pain center that cares??? I'M NOT AN OBESE LAZY ONE!!

Took off work 2.5 hrs only to have to wait an hr past my appt time.Only saw a pa who was rushed,and had no knowledge of how carpal tunnel and une affects my job as a dental hygienist.Got charged an office visit for a wasted “chat”,then they wanted to have me back for a ENG,and a third appt to get the results(3 charges, 3 afternoons off work).All 3 done in one appt and one charge in fay. This practice is insanely greedy! Couldn’t get so much as a returned call from mgr to try to help me. Horrible business! Don’t get cheated out of your time and money!

This place is the worst the staff and doctor are not friendly and don't care about patients. I have a bad experience with them . I'm a patient with several surguries in the last one .. one of my surgeon give me a medication and when I visit them he told me that I need to told the doctors they can prescribe any medication without consult them. Well I let him know my surgeon but the day of my next visit they kick me out. A rude lady call me and let me know they discharge me because I have in two time consecutive a medication call oxycodone. I told them that's is not correct because the doctor just one time told me about not two and also I did everything he told me. He always check my labs and never told me nothing bad about it. Most of the time in several time I have my appointment they don't call me to cancel and hen I arrive there the doctor is not there or they call me to cancel when I'm already there in the parking. Please don't go.. they don't spend time with the patient.

After fighting to get an appointment within a month's time of my referral, I finally got to see Dr. Dave. The PAC Bianca seemed very unprofessional and inept. Dr. Dave spent approximately 2 minutes with me, and ordered tests which seemed mostly irrelevant to Bianca's hip-fired diagnosis. They made an appointment without consulting me to do follow up on labs and diagnostics with Bianca. When I asked to see Dr. Dave, I was informed that I would not see him again for a year, even though I have not yet been diagnosed. They seem to have forgotten about the patient care aspect of medicine and focus entirely on the business side of what they do. I am not a pain patient, and I am not a drug seeker. But what I observed was a cattle farm, mostly for pain patients. If all you want is some pain pills, this could be your doctor, but if you have a serious neurological disorder, you should look elsewhere.
