Dr. Naiyera Parween, MD

Dr. Parween is like a breath of fresh air! I liked her the minute we met. She is personable, direct and really took the time to listen and address any and all concerns. My only negatives are the long wait times and calls are not always returned in a timely manner.

Wait time was two hours. She had only one other patient who kept going out of the office to smoke. The whole staff seemed occupied with getting insurance info on her. No one recognized us until I complained that their treatment was rude. When we saw Parween, she spent about 10 mins. with us. Couldn't understand her instructions and she didn't seem to care.

Doctor continually runs late and it seems like every few months there is a new staff up front. She goes in and out of the rooms, she will call her husband Dr. Rahman for answers outside the room. I can still hear everything going on. She is completely rude to me and is not an effective doctor. I just felt like a number after spending 2 hours in the waiting room and then another hour inside the room. I got a wrong diagnosis and then when I came back for a follow up I was made to feel like I was lying. I can't help it I am not their for my monthly pain pills. I am sick and don't want to be their either,

Usually got into appointments an hour after scheduled appointment. Office continually lost my medical information I hand delivered them and blamed me. Dr. Parween was rude and did not want to see relevant specialist notes. Told me not bother coming back, there was nothing she could do, would do, or knew how to do. I suggest you look elsewhere.

I had to wait 2.5 hours in the waiting room before I was called into my scheduled appointment. Also, my fitness center faxed over a release form and after 12 days they office still had not completed it. I went to the office, and had to wait 1 hour to get it completed.
