Dr. Nalini Devi Mattai, MD

I have been Dr.Mattai's patient for 10 years. She is a great doctor. However, it became really difficult to make an appointment to see her, have to wait for1-2 months. Or you can pay extra money on top of the insurance fee to get on her VIP patient lists. Staffs are not very helpful. What is the point of having a great doctor, but you can't see her.

Sad for this day to come, after been one of her original cash founding patients. After getting health coverage hard to make appointments always 1 or 2 months out. But she has team that can help. Its funny that now she has launched her VIP practice for extra fee. I guess its not enough what we get hit by the insurance but if you have extra cash to throw at it she will put you in her top something list for follow ups. Follow ups not done by her obviously.

Excellent doctor

She is truly an angel and really cares about you;she is one in a billion and I mean this with all my heart.If you hate going to doctor's visits,than being her patient is a total blessing,she really is too nice and that friend is like a gem, in this cruel,selfish world.

I rated the office wait low because of my last visit. That could have been just a bad day.I appreciate that Dr. Mattai is relaxed, gentle, patient and thorough. She guides me without being pushy. She is willing to discuss alternatives to medication, diet instead of pills, etc.

Dr Nalini and her staff are awesome! They have been there for our family for several years. She is smart and she cares-what more could you ask for in a doc? Also, she is very sweet...

Dr Nalini and her staff are the most negligent medical care team I have ever had the unfortunate experience to come across. I always waited over 2 hours past my appointment time, she rarely returned calls on emergencies, such as needing antibiotics for UTIs, and she denied long-standing medication refills without informing me, the patient. I don't understand how her reviews are so positive, because every single time I needed her, she failed me. Her practice has more patients than it can accomodate, and she clearly puts her profit over the well-being of her patients. Worst doctor I've ever had.

I switiched to Dr. Mattai because she is the best and most caring doctor I have ever had. She follows up with personal calls if necessary. Dr. Matti is the best!

I love this doctor. I love the fact that she listens to all my concerns and most of all does something about it. I recommend this doctor to every body.

Dr. Mattai spend an adequate amount of time with me and made me feel very confortable. I have made her my primary care physician. Her staff is also very helpful and friendly.
