Very hard to make appointment and waited forever to see the doctor even if I had an appointment. Staff is very unprofessional. Dr. Nam is a very good doctor.

Unprofessional staff. Do not bother going to this doctor. His staff are rude and uneducated.

I just thought of writing this review since the stupid Marketplace plans are all HMOs now and he isn't in any HMO network that I could sign up for. Smart, as who would put up with that Obamacare crap. He has been my doctor for the past 8 years and will sorely miss him. He takes his time and genuinely cares for his patient. One of my visit, I even witness him softly scold his staff for allowing too many walk in's as his regular patients waited too long. Glad to see that there is someone with great ethics and morals serving the elder Vietnamese population in the area(including my dad).

He's always been a professional doctor and very well respected. Great facility neat and clean. Awesome!

Waited for more than 30 minutes did not even say a word for his tardiness. After the interview he show me to this room for blood test and say a few words to the technician and without any formal goodbyes to his patient he took off. Rare breed!

I have been seeing Dr. Nam for years and he is just a wonderful doctor. His English is impecable and takes as much time as you need to listen to your concerns. He isn't quick to give out meds if he feels that you don't need them and will educate you as you are being treated. He is very resourceful and has many referrals when needed. He is highly recommended by me and my family whom are all patients of his as well.
