Dr. Nam Trung Tran, DPM

I regularly suffer from ingrown toenails that seriously hurt and tend to get infected. I have had them taken care of before by other doctors. Each time was a painful process that made coming back scarier each time. Dr. Tran was the first doctor to perform the procedure with much less pain and made it so that it wouldn't come back.

I saw Dr. Tran after falling. I was in severe pain and needed help immediately. I scheduled an appointment to see Dr. Tran and he was able to diagnose a metatarsal fracture quickly and efficiently. Dr. Tran was personable, knowledgeable, and has gotten me back on my feet. I appreciate him so much and highly recommend him.

I visited him for foot issue. He rx'd a cream that needed to be compounded so I asked for it to go to Dougherty's Pharm in Dallas, longtime compounder. They sent to a mail order in AZ. I got call from AZ that they r out of network cost $55, take 10 days to arrive. I called Tran office and again asked for it to go to Dougherty's. After several calls I got one back that they would. 2 weeks later, not there so I called Tran's office and assistant sd he called in but waited on hold too long. He should have faxed it or given me hard scrip to take in. He also never called me to tell me that it wasn't called in and would not be filled. When I spoke w/ him he sd "sorry" but did not offer to correct it. And I have to pay $10 to get my x ray to go to another doctor. Terrible service.
