Dr. Nam Dai Vo, MD

The reception staff was professional, friendly and helpful. The nurses and assistants were polite and efficient, and this Dr. was not only well-versed and straightforward, but had a wonderful sense of humor and sincerity. No nonsense. One typically has anxiety about a first visit and initial prognosis; this office and this doctor made the experience easier than I could have expected. Kudos to them, and Mountain Kidney is highly recommended.

In general, staff is very professional, thorough and courteous. The Doctor's young asst (nurse's aide ?), however,is not. She know's her job and is reasonably personable but VERY unprofessionally chews gums excessively and, in fact, blows bubble gum en route to exam room, though not in exam room. Absolutely disgust behavior in a professional environment.
