I received shot 3 times and I am very pleased with the way he did it and his office is very careening the alway call to see how I am doing ??

I would not recommend Dr Nameer Haider or any of his offices (Advanced Physical Medicine & Rehab also known as OMNI Pain & Precision Medicine, 1508 Genesee Street, Utica NY 13502 and OMNI Surgical Center (498 French Road, Utica NY 13502). Dr Nameer Haider as well as his office staff are unethical, unprofessional, untrained, do not answer phones or return phone calls to patients in severe pain, office staff will discuss patient care and reenact patient visits after patients have left the office, ignore patient requests/complaints (even when escalated to the office manager/CEO), generate false office documentation to request approval from your insurance companies with no knowledge to the patients, purposely schedule procedures improperly to generate more money, choose your procedure, neuromodulation company, and care based on the highest kickback the doctor will receive, request and schedule unnecessary procedures in order to obtain higher reimbursement from insurance companies, provide… no pre or post procedure instructions and risks to the patients, force unlicensed staff to determine what medication a patient should receive, provide no follow up care after procedures, purposely schedule appointments without notifying the patient to create no show fees then refuse care if they are not paid, and submit false claims to your insurance. You know you own an unethical practice if your closest physician "friends" stop referring to your office. I highly recommend you to seek care in Syracuse (NY Spine & Wellness or any other facility to receive compassionate and ethical healthcare). Dr. Haider's Genesee St office feels like a methadone clinic. There's always someone there just for a prescription and there's a guard at the door, albeit for a different office. I'm sure Haider and his associates know their stuff but I got the feeling that I was making boat or house payments for them. After an initial consult I was scheduled for 6 appointments for 6 injections. When I arrived for the first injection I was told that no, this was a consult. When I asked what the last consult was I got a shrug. Arrived for the first injection, that went well. Arrived for the second injection and was told no, it's a follow up although I had a series of appointment cards with dates identifying the nerves they'd be blocking. So 6 injection appointments morphed into 13. He then scheduled me for an epidural at their new Omni Surgery Center. His office staff twice said that Haider takes BCBS, which he does. They also said that everything was covered by BCBS at Omni, which it's not.… Caution--Haider's Omni Surgery Center does not take the same insurance that he does and they don't make it clear which insurance they accept.

I had been going to this office for six years and finally had enough of waiting in the waiting room for over an hour and then going back to another waiting room sitting with other patients in a hospital gown for another hour. Dr Haider only comes to this office once a week if that I have had apts cancelled due to one thing or another but come to find out he is on vacation. I am not sure why he had such great reviews unless it is a friend of his.

Very Clean Office, Great doctors and nurses. He treats you fairly well and his co-workers are very easy to work with and schedule appointments with!

Dr Haider is a great doctor! But his office can do alittle bit better by reducing the wait time. Otherwise the office is perfect and the staff is great!!!
