Extremely rude and discriminatory behavior from the front desk nurse. She refused to listen and was constantly on the phone, leaving me and other patients exhausted. I had to wait over three hours, primarily due to the front desk nurse's discrimination against patients of certain races or nationalities. Patients who arrived after me were seen by the doctor first because of her incompetence and unhelpful attitude. Regarding the doctor herself, she did not seem qualified or experienced enough to be an OB-GYN. I would rather see my PCP or visit urgent care than return to her for a check-up. Ladies, choose wisely. I would never return to this doctor, and I recommend you don't either

Dr Shah is a great doctor! I had a lot of problems during my pregnancy. Dr Shah always answered all my concerns patiently. She helped me with my labor and was very supportive when I was having trouble delivering my son. She was calm and patient and helped me all night. Because of her I was able to deliver normal and my baby is healthy. Feel very blessed and thankful!

DR. Shah literally is the BEST OBGYN anyone could have. DR. Shah listens to everything I have to say and never brushed me off. My delivery was amazing thanks to her and she allowed me to stick to my plan. Shes compassionate and she became available for me 24-7 no matter the time, whenever I needed her. Her staff is very compassionate as well and is always making sure everything is good.

I really appreciate the effort and hard work what Dr. Shah is doing. I must say that no one will pick your call on a weekend, but she was always there when I had any concerns even on weekends, she did receive my calls and answered all my questions. thanks Dr

Dr. Namrata Shah is a wonderful doctor! She listens and considers all factors before coming up with treatment plans. She is very honest and explains what is going on in lay terms. She is very confident and experienced doctor. She calms my nerves every time I see her and I know I can trust her to tell me what’s going on. She doesn’t sugar coat things which I respect. I find that helpful in a doctor so expectations are realistic! I would recommend her to anyone!!

I had a bad experience with this doctor.she showed me very poor service also acted as if my issues were not important.The time you have to wait to see the doctor is long then when the doctor comes to check you spends the minimum time with you and rushes through the appointment.I had a horrible experience with her will never go back to see her.I have more to my story but is too long to write it on the comments

Horrible experience!! Everyone in the facility from the staffs to Dr. Namrata herself are extremely rude. They don’t care about your time at all. They made me wait for two hours despite me telling them that I have a daughter waiting for me to be picked up. When I enquired that will I have to wait this long for my next visit also, I had a rude response from the Doctor. From her response it was clear that the only reason she made me wait that evening was because I had cancelled an appointment earlier ( to which I had already apologised as something urgent came up and I couldn’t come). This kind of behaviour is not acceptable from a Doctor! Their job is to comfort their patients and not harass them.

Dr. Namrata Shah has delivered both my children and both experiences made me feel I was in good hands. I felt both of my pregnancies easy and very comfortable as she was caring and very supportive!!

Similar to other people pointed out, she is money minded and the wait time can be over two hours. However, more importantly, she is really irresponsible. I had a urine test with her. Two days later she prescribed me ciprofloxacin. After taking it for two days, I noticed really weird side-effects I never had. I let it go on for another day, the situation did not change. I googled and found I am floxed (google it and it will save you). I called her around noon and described my side-effects, skin rash, muscle weakness, and most strangely head buzzing, which is when things started getting really weird with her and it showed how irresponsible she is. She was probably too busy to listen and only heard the skin rash part. She told me to keep taking ciprofloxacin and also take allergy medicine. I screamed at her. She finally yielded and agreed to change the antibiotics. I asked when I can get the medicine and she said she will call the pharmacy within two hours. Four hours later, I went to the… pharmacy, not only the medicine was not there, she was not even reachable by the pharmacy. The next day, only after both I and the pharmacy called the office, around 7pm, finally the new prescription was in. However, when the pharmacy told me the name, I was shocked. It was ciprofloxacin again! What an irresponsible doctor!
