DR Nancy C. Chu-Sienna Hills Primary Care-not taking new patients. Their website is totally inaccurate as nothing states this is the case. First, nowhere on the site does it say they are a close panel and HAVE BEEN FOR 2 years according to their receptionist. Second, their website contains a "NEW PATIENT PORTAL" for forms they require of new patients. This is extremely upsetting, as they have had ample time to update their website to reflect their current business status of no new clientele. It is extremely misleading to the general public.

Dr. Chu is efficient, friendly and likable. She is also gently persuasive. I feel complete confidence to follow her advice and recommendations.

Dr. Chu is like a breath of fresh air. She is trustworthy. She is caring and patient. She does not appear to place herself above her patients. I feel confident with any of Dr. Chu's advice. I have no problem in recommending her service to anyone looking for a good primary doctor.
