Dr. Reeder's office is careless and unresponsive. I needed to contact them over the weekend and was kept on hold for OVER AN HOUR. They appear to be understaffed and overwhelmed (or just uncaring) and therefore the care they give is substandard. The lab lost my mother's urine sample and we were NEVER alerted to it!! She had a UTI and is 93 years old. Very dangerous.

It is impossible to get in touch with this office and it appears the doctor cares about nothing and no one. Horrible service!!

Dr. Reeder is totally non-responsive to patient's concerns and is sloppy in her case management.

Dr Reeder jumped to conclusions, and was unable to listen while working. She did not recognize a common type of suture, and needed to send me back to the ER to have my stitches removed. The ER dr, nurse and medical assistant confirmed that the stitches Dr Reeder did not recognize and could not remove, were one of the most common in use.

Consistently long wait times. Over an hour! Long wait times in examining room too. Dropped her. Found a good physician with 5 min. Wait times. So happy now!

Dr. Reeder is kind and has her patients' best interest at heart; however, she may not be very punctual. Maybe an early appointment time would give a patient more quality time with her.

I have been a patient of Dr Reeder's for 8 years, but not anymore. today was the last straw, she left me waiting in the exam room for 40 minutes. she never did show up. this is unacceptable and unprofessional. I wasted 90 minutes of my time. And for all of you who like her so much, have you noticed that she just sits behind her laptop and rarely touches you? I had a suspected hernia and had to insist that she examine me!

Dr. Reeder has been our doctor for quite a few years, and she is really good, nice, and knows what she's doing. A few years ago she had a staff nurse and receptionist who were always cranky, obstinate and often rude. When we brought the issue to Dr. Reeder's attention she solved the problem immediately.

I've been seeing Dr. Reeder for many yars and she is the best. Very warm, understanding, thorough, knowledgeable. You never get the feeling with her that you're being shuffled through. She is also interested in the patient's opinion and takes your concerns seriously. Highly recommended.
