He is a complete a##hole. Had made up his mind what my diagnosis was before he even walked in the room. Stated "I've completely reviewed your extensive record". Yet the Electronic record only goes back to 2021. So didn't know I'd had 2 hips and 1 knee replacements, 4 lumbar surgeries, a 2-level cervical fusion, and 8 other surgeries. Emphatically negated diagnoses from other physicians who had actually taken the time to ask questions, do an exam, bloodwork, x-rays. Just kept repeating its "only wear and tear arthritis caused by your she and weight". Yet issues started at age 35 when I weighed 116#. And I've been trying for weeks to contact Ascension patient relations, or corporate to write an official letter of complaint. No response. So here's the review with the 1 rating only because there was no option of assigning a 0 or -5. I guess the next step is to go to the media with the audio recording of the visit.
