Dr. Nancy Jean Short, MD

Doctor spends lots of time with patients . Polite , caring , and understanding Almost no feedback on test results , office staff unpredictable with answers … often those answers do not match the doctors answers. I had gone with no test results for 2 months . Left messages . Never got answered . 2 months later I found out the test had come back when I had them done…. I needed medication 2 months back . This is an example of difficult communication.. I am thankful for how hard they try . No office is perfect ??

Dr Nancy Short takes an active role in my health care. She does not go by the clock. She spends the time needed to correctly diagnose my issues and explains things so that I can understand them, rather then using a lot of medical terminology. I don't mind a little longer wait then with most doctors because I know that she spends a little extra time with others giving excellent care and that she will also take the time to give me the same excellent care. She has a great personality and is not one of those Doctors who seem to only care about the clock rather then you. I would highly recommend her to my family and friends.
