Dr. Nancy Tsai, MD

Dr. Tsai's office is always jam packed but it's probably because it's a home converted into office. Staff are all wearing masks and always cleaning. They're always rushing but are very patient and sweet. Both Dr and Medical assistants take the time to answer any questions to make sure you understand everything even though they're busy. I will definitely be coming back.

My visit with Dr. Tsai was stellar! Answered everything in a professional manner and above all got me to see a specialist ASAP which may have saved my eye.

She spends very little time with patients and is not very accommodating to their concerns. She is more interested in running a business than helping people with concerns in her field of study. Her eye prescription check ups are very quick, rushed, and not accurate and still blames it on the patients' end. Her receptionists are terrible and ill-mannered. They're not qualified to be receptionists, but Nancy Tsai doesn't care about that, she just cares about cheap labor and her growing business. Horrible foundation really. I recommend switching to another doctor who is more professional and cares about his/her profession.

10 years of good service

Dr.Tsai's office has always been overly crowded. Before she expanded her business, she was very good with the time spent with a patient. Since she's had a full staff, she is barely ever in office and her other doctors are probably more patient. Her receptionists...don't even mention it. Most of them not as accommodating and just...plain weird. Advice: don't come on weekends.

Does not give enough time to listen and understand patient's problem/concern. Therefore, patient was left unsatisfied with doctor's prescription and had to go out to get a second opinion for accurate eye prescription. Really uneasy situation. Follow up needs improvement.

Dr Tsai is a very caring doctor. She listened to your questions and is very helpful.

Dr.Tsai is a wonderful doctor. She has an excellent diagostic capability and offers a caring & genuine demeanor. I highly recommend Dr. Tsai if you need an outstanding ophthalmoogist in Queens. She deserves 5 stars!
