I cannot say enough good about this incredibly kind, thoughtful, thorough, gentle, doctor. She has the best bed side manner of any opthamologist I’ve Ever met. She treats my children like they are her own. Nothing gets overlooked. I highly recommend her!

I would not recommend this place to anyone! The entire staff is rude and unprofessional including the doctor. They think they are so much better then anyone that enters there office. They've played stupid and still (6 weeks later) have not released my sons medical records to his new eye doctor. I've called and the front desk girl said she would send them right over. Every 20 minutes after that for over an hour, the new office called trying to obtain his records and the front desk girl kept saying she would send them over. I believe because of the insurance I have for my son I was treated like a peasant. They were supposed to order glasses for my son and 12 weeks later I've still yet to receive a phone call stating they were in. The first time they forgot to order them. I waited a week to call to see if they were in (because that's what they told me to do). When I call NO ONE in the office has any clue what is going on. After calling back twice I finally got an answer of "oh I forgot… to order them." I asked to talk to a manager, hoping there would be at least one person in that office that knew what was going on and knew how to provide even a basic level of customer service. I was told the girl who "forgot" to order my sons glasses was the office manager. They didn't offer to pay for the glasses, only to supposedly order them the second time around. I again, wait another week for them to come in and here nothing. I again call. And wait..and wait some more...After calling back again, two times I was told the glasses came in but they were the wrong ones. We tried for a third time. Mind you, it takes at least a week to get the glasses ordered, not to mention then the time it takes to get the lenses put in. I finally went somewhere else. I had to wait over two months to get into this office and was then told my son needed glasses. I had to wait over two months for him to still not have glasses. Again be very careful when going to this office!! If you have any sort of state insurance be ready to be treated like a piece of trash.

Always professional. Explains everything carefully. She is very calm, caring, and smart.

Dr Nancy Williams is the best and will spend time with the patient. She is knowledgeable and very caring doctor. The wait is worth it!
