Dr. Nancy Shaw-Lan Yang, MD

Dr. Yang and her husband, Dr. Ashraf Metwally have been my doctors for the last eight years. The office is often crowded with their loyal patients, so there is always a wait to get in to see either one. The desk staff are hard working and can show wear due to the patient load, but they do their best and are friendly with an easy smile. The nurses are consistently quick, friendly, and good at their jobs. It is hard to draw my blood, but they always manage with minimal discomfort.

Dr. Yang's office and herself are absolutely horrible! The staff is very very disorganized and loses records and oftentimes is rude on the phone. Dr. Yang is VERY rude and dismissive, insists that you come in for any and all reasons (just so she can bill out and make more money). She shows very little interest in the health of her patients, but she sure is focused on milking you for every penny! DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE! Worst one I have ever been to. Don't chance your health with them!
