Dr. Naomi Levin Jackman, MD

I'm not sure how Dr. Jackman is because her condescending receptionist was so rude that I couldn't get an appointment for my sick child. I'm new in the area and got Dr. Jackman's name from the local school my daughter has asthma and had gotten sick so I took her to the ER, well I need a doctor I could follow up with so I called Dr. Jackman. The receptionist could not schedule an appointment because the procedure was to have medical records before seeing new patients she said" Because its about the billing" I understand billing is really important, but I would have paid cash for first visit during insurance verification.It's awful because Dr. Jackman might be the best in Port Washington, but with a lazy rude receptionist doesn't reflect that. If your gate keeper treats people like crap what does that say about the doctors? I'm sure parents wont want to deal with that kind of behaving especially since we do pay for our children to be seen.
