Dr. Nashaat Botrous Ibraheim, MD

I had a accident on the treadmill so I went to Dr Ibraheim. After waiting 1 1/2 hrs in the waiting room and another hour in the exam room, the doctor showed up to grace me with about two minutes of his presence. I explained the accident and told him I thought I seriously was injured because of the pain and being unable to walk. He didn't even do an x-ray but insisted that I had just pulled muscles. He prescribed a extremely expensive cream made by a specialty pharmacy to rub on my legs. When that didn't help at all, I went back to him. Same waiting experience, same total lack of interest and same advice - come back in six months if you're not better.. Hesaid I probably pulled the muscles and tore them a little and that's why I still couldn't walk. Still no x-Ray. I then went to a bone specialist who xrayed and immediately discovered I had stress fractures in both legs. I only gave a rating of one star because that's the lowest I could go. Do not waste your time and money on this… phony.

Too long to wait!!!!!! 2 hours each visit! Unbelievable!!!!

This man has went through like 15 girls in his office since I have met him. He was my Dr. for few years but always super long wait. Staff consistently unfriendly anad aarrgumentative with patients. The generic medication was not working and he allowed me to suffer choosing to stab mei n the back like a coward and opt out which I Ahd to learn he did on a fax sent to pharmacy instead of to my insurance which I toldd his stupid staff. So I suffered and I could file a lawsuit on him which I have yet to decide. I will file complaints with BBB, and Texas State Board on him for the way I was treated. Very incompassionate and rude. Does not take pages after hours. He cannot be trusted don't go to this guy, waste fo time and money, he is not worth it.

He is amazing! I had a health problem for years which was incorrectly diagnosed by 5 doctors. Finally, Dr.Ibraheim helped me. Yes, the wait time is there but thats because he spends atleast 30 minutes with a patient. I would rather wait for a while than be diagnosed incorrectly.

Waiting time is horrible with this doctor. Everytime I go, I've to wait for 1.5 hrs outside in the reception and another 1.5 hr in the examination room. And the doctor sees you just for 2 mins. I'm changing doctors.Highly not recommended.

We had to wait 1+ hr outside at the reception. Then after we were roomed, we had to wait another 1+ hr for the doctor to see us. The waiting time the worst part with this doctor.

I had to waite almost two hours even after the appointment time. He then spend five minutes with me and told me to follow up in a week. He is a rip off. Will charge even for a follow up when u not really going for any problem. Don't waste ur time going to him please. Horrible experience for me.

Well I scheduled an appt, and on that day they called me and rescheduled because Dr isn't available, either way, it seems that he had many degrees or certificates, so I gave it a chance. Wait time was reasonable, but the doctor is a big rip off! He spent maybe 5 mins with me, if even, and he did not even diagnose me correctly, and prescribed me things, when he wasnt even sure if I needed them. He also never bothered to follow up, and I will not be going to his office again, because I honestly wasted my time and money!
