Dr. Nashaat Labib Wasily Morgan, MD

Very unprofessional office from the receptionist to Dr. Morgan himself. My mother was waiting for test results that they received on Monday and the staff refused to send me the results for my mom to resume physical therapy which is crucial for her surgery recovery and when I called the office and I was mad because they never sent me the results claiming that the dr has to see it first, the Dr called me himself and I thought great he's going to apologize for the lack of urgency from his staff but NOOO he actually was upset that I called the office and told me TELL YOUR MOTHER TO LOOK FOR ANOTHER PHYSICIAN. Unheard of for real.

I v been with Dr. Morgan for the last 4 years, he is an excellent physician caring of his patients. Every visit he spend enough time reviewing and follow up on all my health issues and concerns. I recommend him for my family and friends.

ok I never ever do this but to those of you who do live in Middlesex county DO NOT USE DR. MORGAN in East Brunswick. Not only did he (last wed.) call in a prescription for me that was completely unrelated to what I needed, I have left several messages for him to call me back regarding this has he has not. I have spoken to nurses, I have left messages on the vm in the office, NADA. When you call his office during the weekend it gives you another number to call if you want him to call you back, and when you call THAT number it never picks up and then a voice comes on asking for an access code. In addition the day of my appointment they called me twice to try to get me to come in earlier. When I got there the waiting room was packed. While I was waiting they were calling people that have appointments the next day trying to get them to come in earlier. . HORRIBLE. It is unacceptable not to call a patient back about a WRONG prescription. THE END.

I don't recommend this doctor for anyone.
