Knowledgeable, friendly, courteous. An excellent physician.

My experience with Dr Raina is that she is very courteous, personable, thorough and professional. Her diagnoses of any of my illnesses are always accurate, treatments explained in detail, and medications appropriately prescribed.

Couldn't have asked for a better doctor. Helpful and empathetic.

She is ethical, knowledgeable and caring. She has always taken care of me and my family well and referred us to the right specialist at the right time. She is not one of the doctors who will over prescribe medication and systematically deals with patients. We are so glad our family found her.

Miss diagnosed a simple cyst. Gave me treatment that was prescribed "10 years ago" per ER Dr.Hospitalized x 1 wk,two emergency surgeries. Refused to give me pain medication at my appointment. She is no longer at Encompass . Thank goodness!

Nasrin Raina has horrible communication skills and lacks the ability to LISTEN to her patients complaints. If a person is saying pain or discomfort is coming from a certain problem she should investigate the problem to the fullest extent not just dismiss because it is not what she thinks it is. Further, prescription refills are a joke. There is never a consistency with nurses and nurses assistance and you get a call from a nurse lying to you saying the prescription has been sent to pharmacy when that is a complete lie because the front desk only has notes in the system from the last refill. Terrible service and I will never recommend or spend another red cent at for this Dr.
