On February 20th, 2023, I arrived early to my doctor's appointment, where I was asked by the doctor to fill -out the forms shortly after, I was then called to the examination room where I expressed my questions and concerns to the doctor in which she did not bother to respond to. she demonstrated lack of empathy and interest with regards to my medical conditions. I think that she's unprofessional and ill-mannered to say the least, this is one of the worst experiences, I've had with a doctor she did however examine ONE of my breasts while I sat on a chair at which I found very unusual. I had never had my breasts examined while sitting on a chair. in my opinion, she is not a great doctor and would not recommend her to anyone.

I would’ve been a new patient. My appointment was at 10 am. I was fasting. The receptionist was basically ignoring the people waiting, including me, busy on the phone. By almost 11 am, I asked how much longer it would be. Her answer: “I don’t even know what time she’ll be here”. Unbelievable!!!!! So disrespectful! So I left. I wouldn’t know if she would be there in 5 minutes or 5 hours. I wasted my time, my morning from work, my fasting. ?? Looking for a more professional doctor now.

Dr. Hashemi was my parents doctor for over five years and until now they are consistent in what they are doing. She take good care all her patients and she is patient to explain everything to her patient's family and the patient, that's why my mother like her so much. She is smart and kindhearted doctor also.

Dr. Nastran Hashemi is a great doctor! I am blessed to have her as my Doctor. She is very caring and approachable along with the entire staff. They monitor you very well. Also she is smart and kind doctor.

Dr. Hashemi and her staff are amazing. I’m so glad I found them for my family. She listened to me, I mean actually listened to me and heard me. She wasn’t pushy and understood my concerns. I hope she never retires.
