Dr. Natalia Galkine, MD

I was an inpatient and even though her name was on my wristband, she never had the decency to come to me and introduce herself. I did meet with Katie Meier Dr Galkine’s Nurse practioner who was kind, empathetic and sweet. Also outgoing and I really had the sense that Katie was trying to help, Dr Galkine on the other hand not in the least. I felt like what was her purpose in my care. If I could give her zero stars I would. Perhaps she would make a better fashion model because it seems that’s all she takes pride in. She would come on the unit not dressed in the usual way Doctors dress and I never saw her interact with other patients either. A pity she will probably be paid for services rendered.

This was for intensive outpatient services, so I was just called out of sessions when she was ready to see me, so I can't judge wait time, ease, promptness, etc. --But bedside manner is a big"0". She speaks very broken English and is hard to understand. Doesn't seem to understand me either. REALLY hard to relate or feel anything was accomplished
