Very unprofessional run medical office. You call and you have to do your own investigation of how to help yourself. DR RODRIGUEZ is probably a good doctor if she had the experience to know how to guide and give instructions how she wants to carry out office that give her a bad reputation. If the doctor had her own private practice she would watch how her office is run, so that she would not loose patients. Her nurse is very incompetent and is not compassionate. When the elderly go there it's because they are sick. They are not there for a fun visit or an attration. The administrator is no help she is not knowlegible of how to run office and follow of what is happening and ironing things out.

I have no rapport with this doctor, but my biggest complaint is the office staff (Yaritza), and how the office is run, in general. This has to be the most poorly run office of any kind I have ever encountered. I have been going to this office for years and it used to be a good practice when Dr. Rafael Rodriguez, Dr. Moscow and even Dr. Clarke were there. But now they have office staff (Yaritza), who make mistakes OFTEN, then deny their error and argue with me about it as if I'm an idiot. Once I send them proof of the mistake or they discover the error on their own, I never even get an apology. I have put up with this level of rudeness and incompetence for far too long and I'm done. I will NEVER go back to this place.

. Please go read the other reviews this is not a good doctor for a senior. The office staff is very nice but incompetent. It took four times as long for me to get a referral here as it did from my previous Doctor Who could get a referral in a couple days
