In 2015, I graduated from Seton Hall University with a Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling. Now as a licensed professional counselor (LPC), I have been working in private practice for 9 years. My primary focus is working with those experiencing depression, anxiety, life transitions, stress management, and helping to align people to their core values.
