I have been visiting this clinic for over two months without any issues, but today was a different experience. Last Friday, I came in for my B12 shot, but since it was a holiday, the clinic was closed. As a result, the shot sat in my car for over a week. When I returned today for my B12 shot, I left it in the car. The parking situation here is frustrating, and I had to park far from the clinic due to my broken ankle. When the nurse asked if I had brought my shot, I explained that I left it in the car. She reassured me and gave me a quick shot in her office. However, when I went to leave, the front desk staff informed me that I would need to pay for that shot. I tried to explain that I would have used my own if it hadn’t been left in the car. The doctor was called, and he also insisted that the shot was my responsibility. I was so disappointed that I told them I would never return and made it clear how unprofessional and absurd this situation was. They just lost out on about $2,000 in… future business over a $20 shot. I had been planning to stay on the program for the next six months, but the loss is theirs. After reading other reviews, it seems this clinic has a pattern of negative feedback, likely due to unprofessionalism and poor bedside manner. There are other affordable options and providers in the area, and I recommend seeking them out to avoid the frustration of dealing with this dingy, unpleasant clinic.
