Dr. Natalie Nicole Ellis, MD

Dr. Natalie Ellis was my Primary while she was located in Spring Hill. She was the most attentive, personal doctor I’ve ever had! She listens attentively to your concerns and addresses your needs, never ever rushes you out of the office, truly shows a sense of caring that most Dr’s that I’ve had over the years do not. I truly miss Dr. Ellis,.. I had to switch Dr’s while she was located in Spring Hill due to my insurance plan changing, but I intended to return to her when it changed again. Unfortunately for me she relocated out of my area. Trust me when I tell you that you will not find a more compassionate caring Doctor anywhere! If you’re reading this Dr. Natalie, know that my heart still beats for you and because of you! - Your Patient & Friend Always, Robert Harrison??

The worst psycho I have ever met in a doctor!! First visit I had to listen to her yell at one of her front desk employees because another person had walked out for having to wait over an hour which was normal for this office. She pushed IV therapy at every one & my veins are extremely small so she blamed me when they couldn’t find a vein! She charged me for visits that shouldn’t have been charged!! When I left the day she treated me so bad she sent a bill of almost $400!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS SO CALLED DOCTOR!! More like a quack to me!! Surprised she is still in business!! Went through staff like toilet paper and treated them like ??!!!

I think she is one for the nicest & even fast thinking on her feet doctors I've honestly ever had the great pleasure to have met. She really listens better almost than any doctor I've known.

I first saw Dr. Ellis for an intestinal problem, but was looking for a family doctor . She was professional and ordered tests to confirm her diagnosis. She gave me the choice of antibiotics or holistic treatment. I knew I was in the right place. I chose holistic and was better in a few days, after suffering for over 3 weeks. She seemed to care about her patients. After reading the reviews, I wish I would have heard her berating her employees. I may have stayed as a patient. I didn't know why someone with her intelligence would keep staff that was so damaging to her practice. It was obvious on my visit that the staff caused friction with patients. Another patient was so frustrated he told me he wouldn't be back since he'd been waiting for a scheduled blood draw for an hour while the nurse was socializing with staff. On my visit I asked for a refill of medication, I called a few times to ask the status, and a week and a half later I called to ask if they were going to… be able to fax my prescription since I had told them I was low and was now borrowing from a relative. I was told they didn't know when they'd be able to do it. I asked if I should go to a walk in clinic to get my b.p. med. rx., and was told "Do what you need to do". That was my last contact with her office. She's a good doctor and I hope she's able to find competent help.

I wish every doctor like this took so much time with me-we love her in Palmetto

great doc- she treated my son for 4 years with emotional problems and he is doing much better and just made basketball college playoffs and made deans list

she called me last week to make sure I understood my diagnoses and I felt that in my previous visits she spent 30-45 minutes with me each time .

I first went to Dr. Ellis about two years ago. She was the first doctor who reallylistened to me, wasn't quick with the prescription pad, ordered tests, did follow ups, and today because of her I have my life back.
