I went based off the good reviews I read online about Dr. Montoya. As a new patient I booked an appointment four months in advance. I got called the same day of the appointment by her rude receptionist Lisa and was told that the Dr. Montoya cancelled the appointment. Mind you, my appointment was at 8:20 am and they called me at 7:20 am, the same day of my appointment to tell me this information. I took time off work and I was already on my way to the office and had to turn back home. I was upset by the unprofessionalism of this office not to let me know in advance that my appointment would be cancelled and told the receptionist (Lisa) that why didn’t they call me ahead of time. She proceeded to hang up the phone on me. I was extremely disappointed as a first time patient and will never go to this office or let alone book an appointments again with Dr. Montoya!!

My son (24) and I (65) see Dr Montoya and we both think she is the best . Willing to listen to your situation, asks great questions and does not chase symptoms with pills unnecessarily. Can''t recommend her enough.

She spends quality time with you and I have never felt rushed.

Dr. Garcia-Montoya is exceptional. I am so thrilled I found her! I feel that all my questions are answered. She listens and follows up very promptly.

We see Dr. Natalie in Anaheim Hills; she is great and she asks a lot of questions to get to know the issue. Very professional, we are highly satisfied with this Dr.

I met Dr. Garcia Montoya when I needed to go to urgent care on a Sunday at St. Jude Medical Group off Rose. Her office is located in Anaheim Hills. I went for an infected epidermal cyst. She took care of it (I'll leave out the details) and handled it with great professionalism. She really made me feel better about the situation and lessened my embarrassment. I needed to follow up with Dr. Garcia Montoya everyday so she could take care of my wound. I went to her office in Anaheim Hills everyday for 3 weeks (excluding the weekends). She is by far the best doctor I've had. She is friendly, listens well, and genuinely cares. She is the first doctor who has actually asked me about my medical history. I was very impressed by her being so thorough. I highly recommend her as a PCP.

First off I do not know who flagged this doctor as still being a student since if you go on St. Jude Heritage website it has this doctor down as already graduated from medical school so that needs to be removed since it is misleading. My husband and I are long time customers of St. Jude Heritage ( over twenty years) so I speak from experience and have been various doctor's over the years that are part of this medical group. I was so impressed by this doctors concern and attention to detail that is what prompted to take the time to type this review. I only review a doctor if they exceed my expectations. How I came across this doctor is I had to go to Urgent care yesterday and I had the good fortune to have Dr. Garcia-Montoya on staff that particular day since she works out of Anaheim Hills office. The office was busy and I was one of the last patients of the day coming in just before they closed. Despite a long day it was close to five she entered the room and you could tell… she was genuinely concerned for me and had compassion and not jaded. She was very professional, kind, and has excellent listening skills but more important she did not rush me in and out like some doctors I have read about and had happen to me also. From a long time customer of St. Jude Hertiage based on my experience, this Dr. Natalie Garcia-Moytoya is an outstanding doctor who truly cares.
