Disappointed. What a waste of energy.

Office staff is horrible. I had test done for something that could have been life threatening. When I got to the appointment, she hadn't even read the results. After everything was over, I got my final results from the hospital. The doctor has yet to call to see if I had any concerns or questions. No follow up at all! My followup is to walk away from bad service. God bless her patients that stay!

WENT THERE A FEW TIMES AND ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED WITH A SERVICE OF AN OFFICE STAFF ESPECIALLY OFFICE MANAGER (CANT REMEMBER HER NAME). PLACE IS A RIP OFF. CHARGING FOR MY OWN MEDICAL RECORDS. I WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE THIS PLACE A ONE STAR. DEFINITELY REGRET GOING THERE!!!

I have a 9am appointment she comes strolling in at 10:30am. I have waited up to two hours in her dirty filthy waiting room. She's old an out of date and her staff is unprofessional. I do not recommend her at all.

Stay far away from Dr. Johnson. Her personal convenience and need to be right trumps the patient's needs. She is manipulative, withholds information from patients and patient's family members and is uncooperative when dealing with other doctors. She even writes sloppy prescriptions. She also refused to give me the referral I needed. And she tries to involve her husband and friends in patient care even when they aren't needed. And in my case I asked for one of the doctors to be removed and she kept them on anyway. Her staff is rude and neither the doctor or the office staff returns telephone calls.

My adult son had an appointment today and he was declined service without paying the co-pay. My son showed the receptionist that $0 copay for preventive care (regular, annual checkup) required no payment. The receptionist demanded the $30 copay in effect denying medical services. I cancelled my appointment and will change physicians

I would never recommend anyone to come to this office. service was poor and finally saw the doctor 3 hours after my schedule appointment.

Staff is very rude! I didn't even talk to Dr. Johnson but preferred to look for another doctor.

Professional, courteous and delightful. Always has the patients best interest. Will do thorough exam and refer her patients to the proper specialist.

Sharon the office manager is struggling but the other office staff need coaching in professionalism and follow up procedures. Relaying information is not high on their priority list. I love Dr. Johnson she is personnable and but I am now starting to remember why I changed doctors. I need answers when I am not feeling well it does not always require a office visit. Picking a phone and calling a patient back is vital.
