Came in and didn’t introduce herself. Never spoke to my child other than to bark orders at him. Quickly became exasperated with him (he had been there 2.5 hours and had fallen asleep). I stopped the exam and left. Do not take your child to her.

Dr. Kerr preformed both of my eye surgeries before I could even walk. I am 22 now and went to a different ophthalmologist this year for an eye exam and he said that he could not even tell that I had had any prior surgeries.

After cataract and implant surgery left me with double vision when looking directly ahead I was referred to Dr. Kerr. I was told that sometime two procedures are needed so when my first surgery corrected a great deal I went with the 2nd surgery and now doing a whole lot better. Thanks Dr. Kerr

My son is having to have surgery in about a month. I am trying to change the date for it, but have been put on hold for about 30 minutes now. Im already stressed about my 10 month old having surgery on his tear duct, but to not be able to get ahold of the doctor's office that is doing the surgery really makes me uneasy.... not sure what I think of it all at the moment.. but as of now I am not very happy

My daughter is suppose to have surgery in 2 weeks. It has been scheduled for several months and I still have not heard anything about the details. They have not mailed me anything or called me. Everytime I try to call I instantly get put on hold for 30 mins or more everytime and the only answer I get is I don't know or I will send a message to the nurse and they never call me back! I am quite aggravated and my overall expierence is not so good!
