she is the worst dr. we had. She has a bad attitude. Most of all she ruined our first child birth for us. Very cruel woman

This office is ridiculous. When you call, you are put in to an outside service that screens their calls, so you can never speak to anyone in the office; the answering service always says that the office is too busy to answer so they'll have to call back, yet they NEVER call back. I have been trying for 2 weeks now to get an appointment, but haven't been able to. At this point, I'm calling just to complain to the office manager. Go somewhere else; some place that actually answers the phone and/or returns calls.

I guess any doctor can accept you as a patient or not, but why would you string them along from Tuesday (when medical records were sent over) until the following Monday & then say I can't take you. Really! Thanks Dr. Natalie Moore's office in Mansfield for saying you would accept my granddaughter on Tuesday and making her wait until following Monday before saying that you will not take her now. What a bunch of dirt bags! You ought to be ashamed of yourselves!!

I haven't even been to my initial pre-Natal care appointment yet (it's tomorrow), but the ease of all the preliminary stuff has been amazing. The nurse/office that I've talked with so far have continually gone above and beyond to assist with getting a convenient appointment, obtaining previous medical records, assisting with referrals, etc! I cannot tell you how pleased I am to be going to this clinic, especially after the run around and unanswered questions I received elsewhere in that area!

Dr. Moore is very professional, and very knowledgeable. She takes time and listen to your concerns and always ask if you have any questions about your visit. Very down to earth and inviting person. I love my experience with her, she is awesome!ð???

Dr Moore is an amazing doctor! She takes her time with you, and makes sure that she has answered all your questions before she leaves. She is very caring, and puts you at ease. I would highly recommend her!!!
