So when I first went to dr. Charlize, I thought she was ok. She does seem knowledgeable, but a little more on the lax side. Her receptionist is so incompetent, it’s pathetic. During COVID- the waiting area is completely full with patients. The wait times are not worth it. Read the other negative reviews, they are correct. I should’ve followed those reviews and went somewhere else.

I have never had a more comfortable feeling at a doctors office. Even the secretary was nice! The nurse who took the vitals and bloodwork was a sweetheart. Yes, they do bloodwork and an ekg in the office as well! The doctor was pleasant and very thorough. Highly recommend.

She takes her time and really tries to help you. I like that you can get your blood work and other test done there makes it convenient.

The very first time I visited Dr. Chalik she was able to very quickly identify my condition. Also, the staff is friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend the office.

Dr. Chalik is truly a caring dr. she tries to get to the bottom of what is ailing you and give you a proper diagnosis. I also have recomended many people to her and they only have positive things to say. If you need an emergency appointment they have you come in right away. I have yet to experience that with any other dr. on Staten Island. Her staff is also very polite and friendly. I hope she never leaves Staten Island.

Dr. Chalik was such a big help when needed medically. Very thorough withexamination and test, and making an appointment is so easy. Her staff is very polite. Have recommended several friends to her and they can't believe what a breath of fresh air she is compared to other doctors in Staten Island NY.
