She was so nice and actually listened .

I have been to her office 3 times about the issue I am having and there has still been no help or answers. I also am always waiting forever to hear my results and end up having to call them to ask about them.

Appointment at 9 am. At 9:30 asked how much longer. Advised person before me is now being called back. If you are at least a half hour behind let your patients know. There is a sign stating if you are 15 minutes late you will be asked to reschedule. Have some respect for your patients time also.

Dr.dubchuk took care of me during both my pregnancies. When delivering she was very caring,encouraging and even had me laughing while pushing! Her staff was always very friendly as well.

Dr. Dubchuk and her staff are absolutely the best !!..highly recommended !!

This was my first visit with Dr. Dubchuk,, I found her to be thoughtful and understanding. She took her time with me, I didn't feel rushed. She answered all my questions and in turn explained to me about my problem.

I liked Dr.Dubchuk, she was very nice. However, was not impressed with her staffing. For a first time mom, i felt like going there was a "drill" for the staff opposed to making it an exciting and happy experience. Follow up was very poor, the staff called me for testing during the wrong week of my pregnancy, they apologized and stated they would call me the following monday with an update. i never received a call. The lack of empathy really disappointed me. Also, the offices were not very nice. I think i would have overlooked the offices had the experience been better. It's the small things that really count in the patient experience.

She understands the problem very well.She will do what u feel comfortable.I recommend her because my experience with her was fabulous.She has great skills.
