I can always get an appointment within a reasonable timeframe. She and her office staff are warm and welcoming, while maintaining their professionalism. Dr. Malley excels in diagnostics and is willing to refer you out if need be.

It is ridiculous how patients have to wait for 1.5hr then to be sent home by receptionist just because doctor saw so many patients in the morning. So unprofessional ! So ridiculous

I have been a patient of Dr Malley's for over five years and have always gotten great care from her and her staff. Occasionally I had to wait a bit longer than average (over 45 minutes to 1.5 hours) in her waiting room that I realized were due to seasonal outbreaks of the flu, or because she agreed to squeeze me in on a last minute appointment when I've called in unexpectedly sick. She has always been very professional and thorough when it mattered, covering everything expeditiously but taking time explaining things when necessary, even when busy. She is one of the best Dr's I have had over the last 40+ years.

I have been Dr Malley’s patient for 10 plus years, she’s a great listener and will not hesitate to refer you to top rated specialists, waiting time is sometimes long, but once she’s with you she give her undivided attention.

If you like waiting over an hour in the waiting room and then a half hour in the back room...this is the place you want to be..plan on spending your day here...so sad.

Diane Maldonado is Dr. Natalya Malley's Scheduler. Diane has many years in the health care industry and knows what she is doing and focuses on patient care. She is one who truly cares and is concern about patientâ??s health and assures they receive the best possible care. I was diagnosed with cancer this year requiring a rush for surgery to assure a 100% cancer free outcome. I truly believe if Diane wasn't handling my case and moving swiftly as she did I would not be cancer free today and may not have the chance to fully live out my life. Personally I feel Diane played a major role in my outcome to now be cancer free. Thank you so much Diane for being so dedicated to me and your patients, you're the best!

When trying to get healthy you expect a certain level of care this was not met!!

I personally do not care for this doctor. All she cares about is having lots of patients. I am planning on finding another doctor. My waiting time has been as long as one hour or more. She is always in a hurry. She doesn't listen to my problems. I can go on and on. Don't EVER have a Pap test from here. She had me in pain and screaming..,,,,

She is very thorough and really great at following up.
