Waited an hour and a half and she never showed up. She hadn’t even told staff she was on her way at that point. All 5 rooms were full and 6+ people waiting in the waiting room. Do not go here if you can help it. The second time after I rescheduled I waited 30 with 5 people in front of me before leaving and getting a different provider.

Quiero comunicarles a todas las personas que tuve personalmente una MALA para no decir HORRIBLE experiencia con la Doctora Natalya Medrano, su poca ética profesional a la hora de comunicación con el paciente , te dan citas y luego cuando uno se presenta la doctora no está presente y tenemos que esperar por ella , su personal no avisa a los pacientes de su ausencia y llegamos allí sin respuesta alguna , la cancelé como mi Doctora porque me hice unos análisis y ecografías y quise recogerlas personalmente y ella cobraba un dólar por cada hoja de los resultados , estamos en medio de un periodo en el cual atravesamos el coronavirus y ella no tiene compasión en qué uno se arriesgue cómo pacientes en ir a su consulta para que luego ella nos cobre por cada hoja de los resultados que ya mi seguro los pagó, lo único que piensa es en el dinero , como doctora deja mucho que desear .... no se la recomiendo a nadie .... Saludos! Y que Dios nos proteja por la situación q está atravesando el mundo… entero con esta pandemia .... bendiciones

Super incompetent as a dr. Worse experience ever.

This lady has no bed side manner whatsoever. She comes into the room, does not even introduce herself and I could hear her talking crap about why I was in her office with her colleagues. She does not explain anything thoroughly and don’t even get me started on her english you can barely understand what she says and on top of that she whispers because she knows her english is extremely bad. Oh, yes and she gives very bad vibes. And for those who don’t believe in bad vibes don’t forget, energy does not lie.

Is my first review on doctor ever and she is horrible, believe me don’t go in there.

over 2hours waiting!!! Terrible service every body speak Spanish we are in USA HELLOO what happened to English language!!!!!!!! stuff are rude especially when you don't talk there language people came after me and being seeing by doctor something is not right what's the use of having an appointment

This woman is wretched and should go back to Kiev where she came from because she clearly knows nothing about human decency! This is my first pregnancy and my first time at her office, I waited an hour and a half before she came in, and when she did she didn't bother to introduce herself or ask my name or ask how I was feeling or offer a congratulations- nothing. She has absolutely no bed side manner. She walked over to the counter and looked at me as if to say "well, what is it?". She didn't even bother to turn off the stupid TV in the room. She never went over anything in regards to how I was doing, how far along, what are my concerns, how is my health, suggestions of nutrition- she did nothing. When I did bring up the questions I had (which I only asked a few out of my list because I was at a point of wanting to punch her) she would roll or flutter her eyes as if I had no right to ask them. She just kept saying blood work & ultrasound, I asked what they were for, she gave no… response but just kept telling me to speak to the girls at the front desk. I was under the impression that this was the "big" appointment, the one that would calm me down and get me feeling like I was headed in the right direction- instead it stressed me out more and caused me to cry. This is supposed to be an exciting time and my health care provider is supposed to help with that and this "doctor" did the exact opposite. She should have 0 stars, stay well away from her!

She is the worse obgyn I have ever encountered in my life
