Takes very good care and listens No long wait hours in office

For more than six years, my husband and I have had Dr. Natalya Verbinskaya as our primary care physician and we look forward for many years to come with her. I have been planning to write these few lines for a long, long time, but I always felt I did not have adequate words. Neither do I have them right now, but here it goes. Dr. V, as she is familiarly known, is, in the first place, a special human being and an excellent diagnostician. Not only is she very knowledgeable as a family doctor but her expertise exceeds her field, and she always searches for the newest medicines and procedures to the benefit of her patients. Also, we have been pleased to notice that Dr. Verbinskaya is much appreciated by her colleagues, the specialists we need to see sometimes, who comment favorably over her competence. Beside her professionalism, Dr. V is very friendly and considerate, and gifted with healthy dose of sense of humor. In addition, the ambiance of her entire office is pleasant and the… team is friendly, alert and helpful. We appreciate them all but we want to give special thanks to Nurse Rose, Dr. V’s right hand. My husband called ahead of time to ask about taking his bloodwork the same day ( not done in office). Receptionist gave him the instructions to fast so he could go the same day. When they sent him to the lab he found out it closes at 3. Didn’t eat all day and wasn’t able to do bloodwork all because the receptionist failed to inform that after 3 lab is closed. She knew from the beginning his appointment was at 3 so she should have told him early in the day when he called her. Total incompetence.

COULD B A GOOD DR BUT HE STAFF IS RUDE N SO UNHELPFUL NO EMERGENCY NUMBER FORGET GETTING A RETURN CALL N THE BEAT THING IS GOING TO A DR CUZ IR SICK N HAVE BREATHING ISSUES TO A NURSE THAT SMELLS LIKE A PACK OF CIGARETTES JUST WHAT I WANT IS MAJOR SECOND HAND SMOKE

I have been seeing Dr. Verbinskaya for over 6 years. At first, she can be intimidating. I was told, when I started to see her, not to list too many complaints at one time. The reasoning behind this, I've found, is she concentrates better on one or two complaints, doesn't get discombobulated, by numerous, various complaints, and can concentrate better on just a few complaints at a time. She is a great diagnostician (and I was told this by another doctor). She DOES listen, whether you think she does or not. With insurances the way they are, doctors have to spend so much time logging the facts down in the computer, it often appears as if they aren't listening. She is thorough, really does care, and will find the best treatments for what ails you. She will not just write prescriptions, when you don't need them. She listens and heeds your concerns. She goes over your history every time she sees you. Although, she can seem stern and is straight forward (which might rub some people the wrong… way), she can, also be extremely friendly, funny person, and will swap stories, if you take the time to talk to her, person to person. I've had a wonderful relationship with Dr. Verbinskaya and wish it could continue, but in March, I will be starting on Medicare and had to choose an HMO, in which her practice does not participate. I will miss her.

Not a good Doctor. Could care less about here patients. Just a rude person.

You will never find a better doctor to take care of your needs. Quick, knowledgable, very caring.She spends time with you and show interest. A perfect doctor and a very efficient office.

Dr. Natalia Verbinskaya MD is a good bilingual specialist with international experience in both Europe and America. I do strongly recommend her to friends and family.
