I went to the Edmondson Village office to do my first yearly physical/check up. Its been 2 months and I still don't have my lab results from my physical, I called the office during regular business hours and nobody picks up the phone. After calling the office 10 times someone finally picked up and stated Dr. Fripp would contact me the following week with lab results. It's been over a week and this physician hasn't contacted me regarding my lab results. I'm disappointed with the staff and physician. I will not be returning to this PCP. To make things worse, I received a medical bill in the mail for this check up. I had to contact UniversityCare and they said that my insurance was never processed in the first place. Which indicates that the front desk receptionist at this office who took a copy of my insurance card never processed it. I work in a health care setting, and I know how things are suppose to operate. Bottom line this office is terrible. I gave it 1 star but I feel this… office needs better management and competent employees.
